The 2017 run continues with two teams winning away at Brocks

A double win over Brocks saw the 1s continue their unbeaten streak on Saturday with the 2s getting a much-needed run-out.

The 1s game saw King's secure a 0-45 away victory built on some crisp finishing allied to solid defence. At one point, King's were forced to defend their line with just 13 men after a red card to Dave Wallis and another sin-bin. Yet some heroic defence saw King's hold out to finish the game with the line still intact.

Brocks also hosted the KCH 2s side, who had been short of games in recent weeks. King's emerged as victors following a match played in good spirit.

KCH made their way back around the South Circular feeling pretty chipper but knowing that some tough games lie ahead.
